Where do you deliver?+
We deliver nationwide. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before ordering.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order pairs take longer, around 7 to 14 business days, because they are crafted after you order.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery fee: free. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
How will I know where my order is?+
We update you by phone or WhatsApp using the contact details on your account. You can also see your order status on the Orders page.
What if nobody is home when it arrives?+
The delivery partner will try to reach you by phone. Please keep your phone number up to date in your account so they can find you.
My order is late or hasn't arrived. What should I do?+
Please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
